The display suite is currently being constructed off site by Fabprefab before being transported to the Central Coast and craned into position on Mingara Drive. 
 

Once installed, the building will undergo its final stages of completion on site, including landscaping and styling, transforming it into a welcoming space where prospective residents and their families can experience Salus Mingara in a more tangible way. 
 

Designed as more than a traditional sales environment, the display suite will provide a dedicated place to learn about the project, meet the team and explore what the future Salus Mingara community will offer. 
 

The space will include a reception and project presentation area, together with a kitchen, dining area, bedroom, walk-in robe and other residential spaces that will help prospective residents begin to visualise the experience of living at Salus Mingara. 
 

Externally, the suite has been designed with a timber deck and pergola, landscaping and an accessible path of travel, helping create a welcoming arrival within the broader Mingara precinct. 
 

Its location will place the Salus Mingara team on the site of the future retirement living community and within the established Mingara precinct, creating an important physical connection between the project and the place it will ultimately call home. 
 

For Pariter and project partner Mingara Leisure Group, the display suite represents another step in bringing the Salus Mingara vision to life. 
 

It follows growing community awareness and early engagement with the project and will provide a dedicated home for conversations with prospective residents as more information about Salus Mingara is progressively released. 
 

Following its arrival on site, the display suite will be completed and styled before opening its doors to the community.
