The next stage of Salus Cumberland has been released to market, with Banksia introducing a new collection of two and three-bedroom retirement residences and a limited number of penthouses within Cumberland Country Golf Club in Greystanes.

Banksia was released for sale on 23 April 2026, marking another milestone in the delivery of Salus Cumberland and the continued development of Pariter’s retirement living portfolio.

Located within the grounds of Cumberland Country Golf Club, Salus Cumberland has been designed to offer a different approach to retirement living – combining contemporary residences with the amenity, open space and established community of a golf club setting.

The Banksia release expands the range of homes available within the community, comprising two and three-bedroom residences alongside a limited penthouse collection. At the time of release, two-bedroom residences were priced from $850,000, with three-bedroom residences ranging from $1.165 million to $1.48 million and penthouse pricing available on application.

Growing interest in a new model of retirement living

The release of Banksia reflects the next phase in the evolution of Salus Cumberland and the broader opportunity Pariter sees in retirement communities located alongside established clubs and recreational assets.

Rather than creating retirement living in isolation, the Salus model seeks to make the most of existing places, amenities and communities. At Cumberland, that means creating new homes within the established setting of Cumberland Country Golf Club, giving residents the opportunity to enjoy the outlook and lifestyle of the golf course while remaining close to the communities and connections they already know.

Banksia's launch campaign centres on the proposition “Retire on the golf course”, highlighting the location as one of the defining features of the community.

The release also coincides with the Salus Cumberland Display Suite now being open at 248 Old Prospect Road, Greystanes, allowing prospective residents to explore the project in greater detail.

For Pariter, Salus Cumberland represents an important example of how underutilised land within established community organisations can be thoughtfully transformed to create new housing while supporting the long-term sustainability of the organisations and places around them.
